Aidan is an Ashburn native and had lived in the area from 2004 to 2019, returning to Ashburn in 2024 after a brief move to South Carolina with his family. Aidan earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from High Point University in April of 2025 after earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Longwood University in 2022. While attending Longwood University, Aidan was an active member of the community, competing on the Longwood University Men’s Rugby Football team as well as founding the Longwood University Barbell Club which is still active today. Growing up, Aidan was an avid baseball player for Riverside High School before becoming a full time student. Aidan is an avid gym-goer, golfer and has achieved his status as a professional bodybuilder in the OCB Natural Bodybuilding Federation.
Aidan’s love and dedication towards sports and orthopedic physical therapy began when he received treatment for his own sports injuries as a teenager. During his clinical rotation at the University of Florida’s teaching hospital, Aidan found a distinct love for treating spinal injuries as well as post-operative knee and shoulder surgeries. With his previous experience and knowledge in multiple sports, Aidan aims to help the next generation of athletes through their rehabilitation both physically and mentally. Aidan’s focus of treatment centers around the idea of barbell medicine in order to return the patient back to their prior level of function and improve their performance in the weight room. Although being a young clinician, Aidan aims to teach the musculoskeletal system to future student physical therapists as well as continue to promote research through the field while earning a PhD. Through his outgoing personality, approachability, and “keep it simple” mindset, Aidan aims to return athletes of all ages and sports back to the field.
