Schedule Change

In an effort to improve upon our already successful treatment model, starting April 20th, AID Performance Physical Therapy is making a change in the way we schedule our patients We will now be scheduling one patient every half hour, which will allow each client to receive one on one hands on treatment when you arrive!

We ask that you come in 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to warm-up which may include walking on the treadmill, riding the bike, stepping on the Xiser or to simply lay down on some heat. By getting warmed up this will allow your body to relax better in order for us to decrease your muscle’s tone and aide in the recruitment and re-education of proper movement patterns. If you are late to your appointments you will be losing out on the precious hands on treatment so please arrive early!

Because we are very busy we highly encourage that you book out your entire treatment plan in advance in order to ensure you will be able to successfully achieve your performance goals at the times that work best with your schedule. We will be now opening at 7:00 AM on Fridays but we will only be taking one patient during the last hour of the day to ensure you receive the best quality of care.

Lastly, if you or anyone you know may be in need of our services we appreciate the referrals especially when they are coming from our VIP clients. Please share this blog post or give them our number 703-723-6758. We can receive both voice and text messages through this number now. The sincerest form of flattery and compliment is when you trust us to refer your friends and family to us! Thank you and I hope you enjoy reading our newsletter.
