Happy New Year! Start the New Year Off Right by Checking Out My Latest Vlog on the BEMER!

I hope 2020 got off on the right foot for you and your new year’s resolution has not been broken yet.  No worries if it has, just follow the 80:20 rule (be good 80% of the time  and allow yourself to be able to “cheat” 20% of the time) and you will be right back on track.

BEMER is designed to improve circulation thereby supporting the body’s natural self-regulating processes. Blood is the body’s universal means of transportation. Oxygen, nutrients, chemical messengers (e.g., hormones) and immune cells are all transported through our blood. When our body’s cells, tissues and organs are adequately nourished and metabolic waste products are removed, our bodies maintain a healthy balance and function properly. The optimal regulation of circulation is a prerequisite for ensuring good levels of health and fitness.

If you have not seen the above video, in it I wanted to share with you more information on the  BEMER and how it can help you with your New Year New You mentality.   AIDPPT has recently obtained the BEMER as an adjunct therapy in not only helping with your rehab but also in recovery and performance with those of you training for your next event or competition.

This device is an FDA approved medical device and is relatively new in the United States.  In case you do not want to take my word on the the efficacy of the BEMER I have included one of many journal articles (you can find on PubMed or Google Scholar) for your review:

BEMER Therapy Combined with Physiotherapy in Patients with Musculoskeletal Diseases: A Randomised, Controlled Double Blind Follow-Up Pilot Study Evid Based Complement Alternat Med. 2015; 2015: 245742.Published online 2015 May 20. doi: 10.1155/2015/245742

This study showed that BEMER physical vascular therapy reduced pain and fatigue in the short term in patients with chronic low back pain, while long-term therapy appears to be beneficial in patients with osteoarthritis of knee.
